This page is here to let you know what happens with your data when you visit my little corner of the internet.
Spoiler: not much at all.

1. Who’s behind this site

2. What info I actually get (and what I do with it)

• If you click the contact link, your email program opens and you send me a message.
• That means I get your email address and whatever you choose to tell me.
• I’ll only use it to reply — not for newsletters or marketing.
• I keep emails as long as our conversation’s relevant and tidy up every now and then

And if you give me a ring — same deal: I’ll only use your phone number to get back to you or stay in touch about whatever we talked about. I don’t store it anywhere else or use it for anything beyond that.
Oh, and if we actually get along and keep in touch for a bit — who knows, you might even get an invite to the legendary Nikolaus ((Saint Nicholas) party one day – our very own pre-Christmas bash (Still, no mailing lists, no spam. Promise.)

• When you click the Instagram icon

You’ll be sent to my Instagram profile. From that point, Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) may track or store cookies according to their own rules.

• Browsing the site itself:
• I don’t collect personal info, don’t set tracking cookies and don’t use analytics tools.
• However, my hosting provider ALL-INCL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany) automatically logs some basic technical stuff whenever someone visits.
• That includes:
• IP address
• date and time of access
• browser type and version
• operating system
• the page you came from (referrer URL)

These logs are stored for security reasons (for example, to detect abuse or attacks on the server) and automatically deleted after seven days.
I personally don’t have access to the raw logs, and I don’t combine them with other data or use them to identify anyone.

3. Legal stuff (in plain terms)

Under the GDPR, I’m the data controller for whatever limited info I handle.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest, mainly to keep the website running smoothly and reply to your messages.
If you ever want to:

• see what info I’ve got about you,
• correct it,
• ask me to delete it, or
• object to how it’s used,

just drop me an email — I’ll sort it out quickly.
You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority if you ever feel something’s off.

4. Where your data lives

The site is hosted by ALL-INCL.COM (Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany).

5. Updates

If I ever add features (say, a newsletter or fancy analytics), I’ll update this page and keep it as human-readable as possible.
Until then, this site remains gloriously simple and mostly data-free.

No cookies. No trackers. No selling your data.
